4/17/23 Ebert Construction awarded contract

4/18/24 Ebert tested the backup generator for the facility.
4/17/24 Ebert tested the filling station and ability to provide water for fire tanker trucks.
4/10/24 Ebert Construction requested inspection for providing the City Substantial Completion authorization.
1/15/24 Paint stairs and polished concrete begins.
12/28/23 Tile is complete.
12/15/23 Painting, tile, plumbing, HVAC, electrical in progress. Insulation complete.
11/30/23 Drywall, plumbing, ductwork, electrical. Soffits and well installation in progress. Gas service installed and complete.
10/25/23 Brick, trash enclosure, septic system, site concrete complete.
10/12/23 Parking lot curb complete.
9/28/23 Interior concrete and framing complete. Begin office plumbing, ductwork, electrical and final parking lot grading.
9/18/23 Interior framing begins.
9/15/23 Brick installation to begin.
9/14/23 Below grade plumbing and office concrete complete.
8/21/23 Well drillers to begin installing well.
8/17/23 Trusses and roof sheathing complete. Storm sewer and below grade plumbing to begin.
7/24/23 Framing will begin.
7/20/23 Site removals complete and block installation in progress. Utilities to follow when completed.
